# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the **blyss** mobile application (the "App") operated by M1 Insights o/a M1 Labs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms that may apply.
## 2. License and Use
- **License Grant:** Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
- **Restrictions:** You agree not to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the App.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
## 3. In-App Purchase: Full Access
- **Full Access Purchase:**
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Full Access Purchase") that unlocks all premium features within the App. This is a non-consumable purchase processed entirely by Apple’s App Store payment system.
- **Payment Processing:**
By initiating this purchase, you agree to Apple’s terms and conditions regarding in-app purchases. Any issues related to payment, refunds, or disputes should be addressed with Apple.
- **Effect of Purchase:**
Upon successful purchase, you will have permanent access to all premium features in the App. We reserve the right to update or modify the features provided, provided that such changes do not materially diminish the functionality for which you paid.
## 4. Intellectual Property
- **Ownership:**
All content, designs, graphics, and logos (including the **blyss** logo) in the App are the exclusive property of M1 Insights o/a M1 Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright,
trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- **Restrictions on Use:**
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any of the content in the App without our prior written consent.
## 5. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
- Engage in any conduct that could harm the functionality, reputation, or security of the App.
## 6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- **No Warranty:**
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- **Limitation of Liability:**
In no event shall M1 Insights o/a M1 Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the App.
## 7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M1 Insights o/a M1 Labs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
## 8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
## 9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
## 10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
