By downloading or using any software developed by M1 Labs, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our applications.
3. Purpose of Service:FaceAce Pro is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Subscribers acknowledge that under no circumstances will refunds be provided. We reserve the right to change these terms at any moment, and your continued use signifies your acceptance of any adjusted terms.
4. User Conduct:The app does not require user registration. Users are fully responsible for the creations they produce within the app and any consequences that may arise from sharing those creations with others. All content, whether public or private, is the sole responsibility of the user who originated such content.
Any content that is deemed libelous, sexually inappropriate, graphic, or in any way offensive is the sole responsibility of the user. Users under the age of 18 should be supervised by parents or guardians while using the app. Any content related to child pornography or any such illegal activities will be reported to relevant law enforcement agencies if M1 Labs becomes aware of it. We reserve the right to terminate the service for users engaging in these or any other illegal activities.
5. Intellectual Property:All content of the app, including its logo, design, graphics, and any related assets are the copyrighted property of M1 Labs. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
6. Advertisements:Advertisements that appear on the app are delivered by third-party services, specifically Google AdMob. M1 Labs does not control or influence the content of these advertisements. By using the app, users consent to view these advertisements and absolve M1 Labs of any responsibility related to the content, interaction, or any outcome of engaging with these advertisements.
7. Data and Privacy:The app does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their own privacy and any content they create or share using the app.
8. Jurisdiction:M1 Labs operates in Ontario, Canada, and adheres to all local provincial and federal laws. Any disputes or claims related to these terms, the app, or any related services will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
