Welcome to M1 Insights Inc. (o/a M1 Labs) ("we,""our," or "us"). By using our app, Sutra (the"App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions (the "EULA") form abinding agreement between M1 Insights Inc. (o/a M1 Labs) and you, the end-user("you" or "End-User"). This EULA is concluded solelybetween you and M1 Labs, not Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). M1 Labs, notApple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Your use of the Appmust comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

 

Scope of License

M1 Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licenseto use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted bythe Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.This license also permits use by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

 

Maintenance and Support

M1 Labs is solely responsible for providing any maintenanceand support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to providemaintenance or support for the App. For support, contact us at:

Warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranties ofany kind. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, youmay notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App. To themaximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warrantyobligations with respect to the App, and all claims, losses, or damages relatedto the App are the sole responsibility of M1 Labs.

 

Product Claims

You acknowledge and agree that M1 Labs, not Apple, isresponsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it,including but not limited to:

1. Product liability claims;

2. Claims that the App fails to comply with applicable legalor regulatory requirements; and

3. Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, orsimilar legislation.

Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or youruse of it infringes upon their intellectual property rights, M1 Labs will besolely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging suchclaims.

 

Legal Compliance

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are not located in a country subject to a U.S.Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country;and

2. You are not listed on any U.S. Government list ofprohibited or restricted parties.

Third-Party Terms

You must comply with all applicable third-party terms ofagreement when using the App. For example, if you use a VoIP service throughthe App, you must not violate your wireless data service agreement.

 

Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiariesare third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of these Termsand Conditions, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have acceptedthe right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

 

Subscriptions and Purchases

1. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed byRevenueCat and are subject to RevenueCat’s terms.

2. All transactions are final. No refunds are issued unlessrequired by applicable law.

 

Data Collection and Privacy

For details on how we collect and use your information,refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

Termination

M1 Labs reserves the right to terminate your access to theApp if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the changes.
