01Acknowledgment Regarding Apple
You and M1 Insights Inc. acknowledge that these Terms of Service ("Terms") are concluded between you and M1 Insights Inc. only, and not with Apple. M1 Insights Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for AI Essay Writer ("App") and the content thereof. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
02Subscription and In-App Purchases
AI Essay Writer offers a subscription for unlimited essay generation. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
03AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI Essay Writer uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate essays. You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated essays may contain inaccuracies, fabricated citations, or factual errors; (b) essays produced by the App are intended as drafts, not finished submissions — you are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all generated content before use; (c) M1 Insights Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or quality of generated essays.
04Academic Integrity
You are solely responsible for compliance with your educational institution's academic integrity policies, honor codes, and plagiarism guidelines. M1 Insights Inc. does not encourage or condone academic dishonesty. The App is intended as a writing aid and learning tool — how you use the generated content is entirely your responsibility.
05Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AI Essay Writer to: (a) generate content that violates any local, state, or international laws; (b) generate hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content; (c) reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to breach the security of our API infrastructure. M1 Insights Inc. reserves the right to restrict access if abuse is detected.
06Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M1 INSIGHTS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. IN NO EVENT WILL M1 INSIGHTS INC.'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
07Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
08Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
