01Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using synqology ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. M1 Insights Inc. ("M1 Labs," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
02Description of Service
synqology is a personal health and longevity tracking application that calculates a Vitality Index score based on biometric data from Apple HealthKit. The App provides AI-driven health insights powered by peer-reviewed research. synqology is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
03Health Disclaimer
The Vitality Index, synqIQ Chat responses, and all health-related content in the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by synqology.
04User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of health data synced to the App. You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) share your account access with unauthorized parties; (d) use the App to generate content that infringes on third-party rights.
05Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of synqology — including but not limited to the Vitality Index algorithm, synqIQ Chat, interface design, and branding — are owned by M1 Insights Inc. ("M1 Labs," "we," "us," or "our") and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
06Subscriptions and Payments
synqology may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions managed by Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by Apple's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
07Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M1 Insights Inc. ("M1 Labs," "we," "us," or "our") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
08Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
09Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
