LIVE

A private voice journal for your mental health

Mental Health/iPhone

Tap the wave and talk for a minute. vyvid turns your voice into text on your iPhone, files what you said under sleep, mood, and medications, and keeps your own words. Before your next appointment, it writes one page of what changed, with the dates attached.

Features

🎙️

Talk, Don’t Type

Tap the wave and speak. Your words appear on screen as you say them.

📱

Audio Stays on iPhone

Speech becomes text on the device. The recording never leaves your phone.

🗂️

Filed for You

With vyvid Plus, each entry is sorted into sleep, mood, side effects, medications, and your questions — quoting only what you said.

🩺

Before Your Visit

A one-page summary for your prescriber: what changed since your last visit, in your own sentences, with dates.

💊

Medications, One Tap

Add what you take. Mention a dose out loud and vyvid offers to log it — never on its own.

🔒

No Account Needed

Your journal is saved on your phone, stays readable if you stop paying, and exports as one file anytime.

How it's built

  • /SwiftUI and SwiftData on iOS 26. Local-first, with iOS Complete data protection — no account, no sync, no analytics SDK.
  • /On-device transcription with Apple’s SpeechAnalyzer API. Audio is never uploaded, and a test that scans the code enforces it.
  • /Python FastAPI service on Render. Claude Haiku 4.5 files entries with tool use; Claude Sonnet 5 writes the visit summary. Only entry text is sent, and nothing is kept.
  • /Built not to make things up: every filed item must quote the entry word for word, or the whole result is rejected. Drug names match a closed list of about 90 medications.
  • /Subscriptions verified server-side against Apple’s signed receipt. The payment provider never sees journal content.
  • /About 1,500 Swift Testing tests, including code-scanning tests that ban network calls outside one file.
