01Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using vyvid ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. M1 Insights Inc. ("M1 Labs," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
02Description of Service
vyvid is a voice journaling app designed for people managing brain fog, ADHD, depression, or anxiety, with optional medication logging alongside journal entries. You speak an entry, the App transcribes it on your device, and you can save it to your private journal. An optional paid feature, Auto Journal, extracts structured details (such as mood or sleep mentions) from the text of a saved entry. vyvid is a wellness and journaling tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice, and makes no claims about medication dosing or effects.
03Not Medical Advice
Nothing in vyvid — including journal prompts, extracted facets, or medication logs — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health, symptoms, or medications. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything in the App. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line in your area immediately.
04User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you log in the App. You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) use the App to generate content that infringes on third-party rights.
05Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of vyvid — including its design, branding, and underlying software — are owned by M1 Insights Inc. ("M1 Labs," "we," "us," or "our") and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Your journal entries remain yours.
06Subscriptions and Payments
vyvid offers an optional premium subscription (vyvid Plus) that unlocks Auto Journal extraction, managed through Apple's App Store via RevenueCat. Subscription pricing, free trial terms, and renewal policies are governed by Apple's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
07Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M1 Insights Inc. ("M1 Labs," "we," "us," or "our") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
08Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
09Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
